We are experienced in conducting disciplinary hearings at schools. These hearings

empathy and discretion required in each given case. Childrens’ rights, privacy and
emotional maturity are foremost in mind when setting up and conducting each
hearing involving students. Every hearing is set up and conducted bearing these
important factors in mind, whilst adhering to school rules and regulations and,
generally, the principles of natural justice.

Services To Health Practitioners

Navigating the ethical rules of the Health Professions Council of South Africa, as well
as the legislation and regulatory framework applicable to the medical fraternity, is a
daunting exercise for many health practitioners.
At CL Giliomee Inc, we specialise in assisting health practitioners setting up and
regulating their practices. We also specialise in assisting health practitioners in
disciplinary matters before the Health Professions Council of South Africa. In
addition, we have a particular interest and expertise in legal requirements pertaining
to the mental health profession.
